Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once we inspect the returned goods.
